Andrea joined Ramsbacher Prokey LLP in 2007. Having more than 20 years of experience, she assists the attorneys on all aspects of contingency, wealth and tax planning and administration, including drafting trusts and related documents; drafting pleadings related to probate administration through final distribution, summary administration and trust administration, preparation and post-mortem allocations, and distribution documents and preparing federal and state estate and fiduciary income tax returns.
Andrea is a member of the Silicon Valley Bar Association, the Paralegal Association of Santa Clara County (PASCCO); and the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA). She received her B.A. from Santa Clara University and her paralegal certificate from Canada College.

Lori joined Ramsbacher Prokey LLP in 2000. She concentrates on domestic and foreign limited liability company, limited partnership and corporation formation, researches and prepares documentation for real estate ownership and transfer of real property and also assists with probate and trust administration.
Lori received her paralegal certificate and A.S. degree from West Valley College. She is a member of the Silicon Valley Bar Association, the Paralegal Association of Santa Clara County (PASCCO) and is a notary public.

Alison is a juris doctor candidate at Santa Clara University Law School. She will graduate in May 2010, and will take the California Bar Exam in July 2010. During law school, she participated in moot court competitions and was a technical editor on the Santa Clara Law Review. Alison graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2007 with a double-major in English and Political Science.

Sabrina joined Ramsbacher Prokey LLP in 2009. She assists the attorneys by conducting legal research on tax matters for individual and entity transactions, by drafting wealth planning and contingency planning documents, and by assisting in tax controversy matters. Prior to joining the firm, Sabrina was a legal extern at Temmerman, Cilley & Kohlmann LLP and a judicial extern for Honorable Mary Ann Grilli in the probate department at the Santa Clara County Superior Court.
Sabrina received her law degree in 2010 from the Santa Clara University School of Law. While at Santa Clara Law, she was president of the Tax & Estate Planning Society, a quarter-finalist in Honors Moot Court, and a research editor of the Santa Clara Law Review. She is a Witkins Award recipient for academic excellence in Federal Personal Income Tax and a recipient of the Fenwick & West Tax Award. She is a current member of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Silicon Valley. Sabrina received her B.S. in Business Administration at the Haas School of Business at the University of California – Berkeley in 2004.
